You can define your own end-user pricing. As a guideline: most ERP software partners follow our pricing recommendation for industry neutral ERP applications which is $100 for Standard, $200 for Pro, $300 for Enterprise version and ~1.5x for industry specific applications. Always per user and month.

As we’ve said, developing with the BW2 platform is free. There is also no per user deployment cost.* If your app uses BW2’s infrastructural services (hosting or cloud) or the BW2 customisation layer, you’ll pay a monthly fee for the user deployments that activate them.

As an example, say you develop a financial services app called FinTech101 on the BW2 platform. You provide multiple versions of the app—such as basic (“free”), Standard, and Premium versions—with different levels of BW2’s built-in features enabled. You also have your developer build some custom finance-specific extensions that leverage the BW2 customisation layer.
Say you decide to charge your customers $50 per user per month for Standard and $119 for Premium. Here is an illustration of the costs (or lack of costs) for building and deploying your app with BW2.

Standard Hosting

Standard Hosting includes Database Server (currently MS SQL), the Application Server and the Background Services. We have a daily external Backup which is available for a week.
Standard Cloud Services include Emails, Campaigns, Tracking, IP-Info, SMS, Spellchecker, Message-Queue.

Premium Hosting

Premium Hosting includes more hardware per user to enable a set of the more resource consuming features. We have a daily external Backup which is available for a month.
Premium Cloud Services include all Standard Services plus Appointment Booking, Document Signing, Cloud Forms.

Cloud Services Only

BW2 leverages a basic set of cloud services as part of the core BW2 platform as no cost to you. For users that require extra features, simply select from our Standard or Premium set of cloud services. In this case, we will charge a reduced fee for the Cloud Services.
